Alpha-Omega Title is one of Hillsborough County's largest and fastest growing independent title insurance agencies, serving all of Florida's 67 counties. 2005 saw tremendous growth as evidenced by the company's top Five Finish as the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Small Business of the Year. Alpha-Omega Title was one of 40 companies nominated in their category and the only Title Company nominated. The Chamber must have liked what they saw, as we have been nominated again for year 2006. Byron "Gibbs" Wilson, Jr., a third generation Tampa native, founded Alpha-Omega Title in 1983. For the last 26 years we have been serving the residents of the Tampa Bay Area and throughout the State of Florida with title insurance and escrow services for commercial and residential real estate sales and refinances. Alpha-Omega Title prides itself on experience and exemplary client service as evidenced by the length of experience its employees have in the industry and the agency low claims rate. Alpha-Omega's employees have a combined nearly 300 year experience in title insurance business. We have an in house real estate attorney to assist with any special needs.

Underwriting Information

Alpha-Omega Title Co. is an agent with underwriters who are among the the largest and most financially sound in America.  Alpha-Omega Title is an agent with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (has been an agent with Old Republic for over 25 years) and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.  Since our inception, we have closed and insured Billions of dollars of real estate for the residents of Florida.

Fee Structure

Alpha-Omega's fees are very competitive. Please call for more information. For Refinances, we give full re-issue credit for existing owner's policy. For Real Estate Sales, we will give full re-issue if the owner's policy is no more than three years old. We must have a copy of the policy in order to issue a credit.
