 Alpha-Omega Title is one of Tampa's largest independent title insurance agencies, serving all metropolitan cities in the state of Florida. Founded in 1983, the company has three locations in Hillsborough County and is opening a fourth location later this summer.
Services include title searches and closings for commercial and residential real estate -- both new construction and re-sales -- and mortgage refinance closings. As a title agent for the strongest title insurance underwriters in the country, Alpha-Omega Title has closed and insured billions of dollars of real estate transactions since its inception.
Alpha-Omega Title writes title insurance policies on the following underwriters: Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., which owns Chicago Title; LandAmerica, which owns Commonwealth Land Title and Lawyers Title; and Old Republic National Title Insurance. These are some of the largest title insurance companies in the industry.
Alpha-Omega Title prides itself on experience and exemplary customer service, a claim backed up by the length of experience its employees have in the industry. Nearly all of Alpha-Omega's employees have worked in the title insurance business for at least 10 years and the title search personnel average 25 year's experience.
The agency is owned and directed by Founder Byron "Gibbs" Wilson, Jr., a third-generation Tampa native. | |
